STERNO GEL FUEL:
Sterno Gel Fuel is a mix of water, gel and denatured alcohol that results in an odorless clean burning heat source. Just touch a match to it and it burns with intense cooking heat until it is consumed. It stays in a solid gel form even while burning. Plus, it heats up to 200 degrees. Can be extinguished and relit as many times as necessary until all the contents are consumed. Available in two sizes. 2.6 oz burns 45 minutes and fits many fondue pot and chafing dish regulators. 7 oz burns 2 hours. Best size for use with the folding stove.
