Open Country Trailmaster Dehydrator has 500 watts of drying power with a Patented Converga-flow drying action. No tray rotation is required with an adjustable thermostat. It is expandable from 4 trays to 12 trays.
The set contains: 4 drying trays, 2 fruit rollup sheets, 2 Clean A Screens, large jerky gun with 3 tips (the gun can hold up 1 pound of minced meat), 2 Jerky spice & cure packs and an instruction/recipe booklet. It weighs only 8 pounds and 6 ounces. Its dimensions are 14 inches x 12 inches x 14 inches. One packet Spice Works is best for 1 pound of meat.
