"Thanks very much for referring me to Komperdell, especially as you could have just said nothing and sold me the replacement grips. I dealt with Shannon O'Neal who told me to send both poles up so they could put foam grips on free of charge even after I said that I had carelessly broken one grip and would be glad to pay for it. I am not used to such service anymore."
