Dynamically balanced through computer design to omit vibrations allowing all the energy to go into the throwing arm for longer distance throws. A few short strokes of the cocking lever reduces the need for extra "muscle" to set throwing arm in place. 3/4 cocking feature means that after releasing trigger, the arm automatically swings around to a partially cocked position and targets can be loaded before re-cocking - quickly, safely, comfortably.
No mounting necessary. Use on any terrain. Trap rests on top on the ground - no need for anchor legs, augers, hammers, or mounting platforms. Main trap body adjusts vertically for a variety of bird flight simulations. Entire trap can be tipped or tilted by hand before releasing trigger to create other challenging target flights. Tension on mainspring can be adjusted to adapt flight distance of targets to length of throwing area. Throws standard targets up to 70 yards; smaller targets like minis fly even farther.
Target clip with target stop locates targets consistently on throwing arm and keeps them from shifting before releasing arm. Also, fully adjustable for any target. Removable handle converts into 2 wrenches for adjusting target clip, flight rail, spring tension, or elevation settings - no other tools needed. Assembled trap weighs under 20 lbs. Trigger interlock feature provides fail-safe operation. Three-piece, removable ring encircles trap to designate throwing arm path. Visible warning labels show on 4 sides.
Constructed of heavy gauge steel and high strength aluminum. Paint is electrostatically bonded and baked on for a durable gloss finish. Wear-resistant red anodized throwing arm.
